HC Cost Code on Paycheck Stub

We have had a few members calling questioning a new code on their paycheck stubs (Message HC Cost REQD W2 Healthcare non taxable). The amount listed by the HC Cost is the total combined contribution of the employee and the company for healthcare for that pay period. This is a new IRS requirement. This is for information only and not to be taxed or added or subtracted from the paycheck. The company is going to be putting out a CBS message regarding it.
