Survey Access Information

By now everyone should have received the flyer from AFA International regarding the survey. Inside this flyer under the heading Survey-Negotiating on Your Priorities, you will find your ID and PIN to gain access for the survey on https://www.BallotPoint.com/AFASurvey.

Just a reminder, your ID and PIN are inside the flyer you just received. Please, if you've not already done so, take some time and fill out the survey as soon as possible. Surveys close May 23rd at 1200 eastern. We look forward to hearing from each and every Flight Attendant.

If you experience any problems in accessing the survey contact AFA Membership Services Department at 1 800-424-2401, press 1 and then extension 706, Monday through Friday between 9:30 am and 5:30pm eastern time.

Also we have a great place to enter any questions you have and get answers from our experts. Go to www.ourafa.org and take a moment to familiarize yourself. The site is very user friendly and we've received positive feedback about it.
