Dear members,

About Your AFA-EAP

Are AFA EAP Services Confidential?

Yes! Your contacts and discussions with the AFA EAP are confidential. Information is only released in accordance with federal and state confidentiality regulations.

Does the AFA EAP cost anything?

No! Supported by your union dues since 1980, AFA's nationally acclaimed EAP has provided free services to thousands of our flight attendants, their families, and partners.

How do I access the AFA EAP?

Many ways! You can contact your local AFA office to ask for the peer EAP representatives in your council or call the International helpline at 1-800-424-2406 or 1-202-434-0560 to help you access services. You may also visit the AFA EAP website at www.afanet.org to find a peer representative at your local.

When should I call the AFA EAP?

Anytime! Or as soon as you, your partner, or family feel like a problem is getting too difficult to handle alone. No matter how small or large the problem might be, AFA EAP can help.

What happens when I call the AFA EAP?

Good Things! Your trained AFA EAP peer representatives can answer questions you may have about AFA EAP's services available to you. Your peer representatives will listen to your concerns, answer any questions you might have, offer guidance and support, and assist you in locating resources.

The only thing you have is to loose... is the problem.
