MAY Secondary Line Information

MAY- DCA: The maximum number of Secondary Lines per the formula requiring 15.5% reserve factor was 69. The actual number built was 64. There was .04% open time left at the end of the process. Line building stopped when 8 trips remained on only 5 calendar days and many of the remaining trips overlapped. Bottom-line, because of the overlapping trips and the small values another line could not be built. Memorial Day: 41 of the 64 Secondary lines got Memorial Day off. *Mother‘s Day: 14 of the 64 Secondary Lines have Mother‘s Day off.
