SAP UPGRADE

The Company issued the following CBS this afternoon regarding enhancements to SAP processing. The enhancements do not affect the SAP bidding process or timelines. Further details can be found on WINGS.

Good Afternoon:

Following is a message sent to all CLT, DCA, and PHL-based Flight Attendants:

Schedule Adjustment Period (SAP) Upgrade

Sabre Technologies currently supports our Flight Attendant Schedule Adjustment

Period (SAP) software. For many years, HP has supported the pilot's SAP software.

In an effort to streamline our internal processes, HP will assume support of Flight

Attendant SAP software. This change will occur with the March 2012 bid month.

Flight attendants will continue to enter SAP bids in the same manner as

they have in the past, but because the awarding logic will now be fully

iterative, the number of bids awarded is expected to increase.

From an award point of view some of the enhancements flight attendants

will see are:

- Improved processing of trip drops during protected holidays

- The ability to participate in SAP by flight attendants returning from a
leave of absence, if seniority permits

- More user friendly result messages

These enhancements are outlined in more detail in a document posted on

the InFlight Services Lines and Pairings page and under the Electronic

Library - Reference Guides on WINGS.

Thank you,

The US Airways Master Executive Council
