Dear Members,

Annual Enrollment Ends on October 30

Annual enrollment ends on October 30, 2009 at 11:59 pm EDT. Do not forget to enroll. To begin the enrollment process, go to the Annual Enrollment Homepage at: https://wings.usairways.com/uswings/benefits/annual_enrollment2010 (you will need your Wings log-in and password)

You can also go directly to the EBenefitsUS enrollment site by navigating to the following link:
www.ebenefitsus.com

Here are a few additional reminders:

1. Even if you expect no changes, please ensure that your beneficiary information is displayed on your life insurance and AD&D policies. In addition you must also include your dependent's Social Security numbers on your enrollment forms.

2. If you are changing your benefits address, it takes 24 HOURS TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM. Make sure you change your benefits address NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 28, 2009 so you can go back in the next day to input your benefit information.

3. FSA - Please note that each year you must designate the amount of money you would like to put in your Flexible Spending Account. If you do not have a Flexible Spending Account, think about starting one.

Examples of over the counter products you can pay for with pre-tax dollars from your FSA are allergy medicine, aspirin, bandages, bactine, calamine lotion, cold medicine, decongestants, gauze pads, nasal spray, reading glasses, sunscreen, throat lozenges, etc. For a complete list go to www.Conexis.com and read all about Flexible Spending Accounts. There is also a calculator on the Conexis site you can use to calculate how much money you can save and increase your take home pay by using the Flexible Spending Account.

Please note that if you do not spend the money you put into your flexible spending account, you will loose it at the end of the year.
